At 39 years old I had three children, a golden doodle, a career in public education and a fresh divorce on my resume. I stood at the doorway of a brand new chapter and wondered what was in store for me. I pushed myself and my kids to be open to any twist or turn on the journey we were facing. I knew life wasn't going to be what I had planned for or envisioned, but that didn't mean I couldn't face it with an expectant heart! As I continue on this voyage through life as a single mother, I hope you join me to share in the joys and the heartaches.
